It's the last blog. I'm exhausted but I ,ade it to Amsterdam, to Yamaha's HQ near Schiphol airport where I was welcomed back. It was nice to be back. I've been with Yamaha since 2001, such a long time. Faithful sponsors who have supported me well for 23 years. So it's thank you to them, thank you also to Route YC from Yorkshire who sadly have gone into administration and are no more, but te lady who ran it - Kerry - did more than her best but it wasn't to be but thanks all the same - How sponsors do come and go but still I am on the road, somehow always trying to make sense of what I do. And thank you to Squire Locks, to the boss John Squire for his unwavering support. And thank you to all the Yamaha dealers who supported parts of this blog and in this instance to Stirlings Powersports for being so supportive - (there were a couple of others; Alf England in Bedworth, Raceways in Fleetwood, Mitchells in Inverness) all of you thank you.
And also thank you to my fans who watched and followed my blog all the way around the world - wow, what would I do without them, and in particular 'Swiss Ralph....' he knows who he is, thankyou Ralph, you helped me along more than you know.
But thank you to my wife Caroline - Dr Caroline who knows her - what would I do without you, well, not come back for a start, keep on going around I suppose, but you give me my reason to come home. You are steadfast to me. You are my cord to this world without whom I would happily fly away. Thank you and with my love and until the next ride. I am signing off but I will be back with the book and the film, please, all of you, stay in touch, it has been my greatest pleasure knowing you all. Nick Sanders.
