'PARALLEL WORLD'. This
is the third part of a trilogy of events starting with
Nick's 1996/7 successful 'Fastest Man Around the World'
when he circumnavigated the world on a Triumph in 31
days. The second part of this trilogy was his 'Journey
Beyond Reason' ride when Nick further reduced his solo
circumnavigation to 19 days on a Yamaha R1. The 'Parallel
World' concept takes this to the ultimate destination
by circumnavigating the world using the longest possible
route with the most miles in a record time that has
never been done before. Given a mileage effort of 55
000 miles across six continents and a time frame of
around 120 days, it is arguably the toughest motorcycle
journey ever attempted. This will be identified as the
greatest motorcycle adventure endurance record in the
history of the sport and completes a trilogy of publishing
and television programming.
